Include the following information when contacting support:

  • Account email or identifier
  • Approximate time of issue
  • Affected endpoint or model
  • Error message or screenshot
  • Whether the issue is ongoing or intermittent

For privacy, compliance, or contractual requests, clearly label the subject so it can be routed correctly.
