What to verify

• Current quota window
• Current spend or balance rules
• Key validity and expiration
• Support channel when usage looks abnormal

Support boundary

If your observed usage does not match dashboard data, contact support and include:

• Approximate request time
• Key identifier or masked key
• Affected model or endpoint
• Screenshot or copied response body
