CC Switch Setup

CC Switch helps manage API endpoints, keys, and model settings for multiple AI clients. With Codebyby, create an API key in the console first, then use CC Switch to distribute the configuration to your tools.

Install

Download the right version from the CC Switch releases page.

Keep the default settings when opening it for the first time. Make sure it is running before importing a key from the Codebyby console.

Import Codebyby settings

1. Open the Codebyby console.
2. Go to the API keys page.
3. Find the target API key.
4. Click "Use key" or "Import to CCS".
5. Confirm that Codebyby appears in CC Switch.

Verify

Check these fields in CC Switch:

• Provider name is Codebyby
• Base URL comes from the Codebyby console
• API key exists and is not expired
• Model list can be loaded

Tips

• Use separate API keys for different tools when possible.
• After key rotation, test with a short message first.
• If a client cannot read the settings, restart the client and confirm CC Switch is still running.
